about me

I believe that as social beings, our relationships - both past and present - play a powerful role in shaping our personal growth. While humans are inherently resilient, certain relational experiences can leave lasting impressions that influence how we view ourselves and connect with others. When these experiences are negative or unresolved, they can lead to entrenched patterns of maladaptive thinking and behavior, often resulting in persistent interpersonal difficulties and emotional distress.


As a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, and other negative mood symptoms. These challenges are often tied to everyday stressors such as relationship conflict, workplace demands, health concerns, or financial strain.


In addition, as a certified complex trauma professional, I support those struggling to move forward from unhealthy past relationships or unresolved childhood trauma. These histories can profoundly shape present-day experiences and keep individuals feeling stuck despite their desire for change.


In therapy, our work will center on identifying and addressing distorted thinking patterns that may be keeping you from effectively managing life’s challenges. You’ll learn to approach stressors in a more adaptive, rational, and realistic way. My role is to serve as a thoughtful and compassionate guide, helping you make healthier choices, strengthen self-esteem, establish and maintain boundaries, and ultimately build a more fulfilling life.
